OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES
I. Name of Promotion Administrator:

II. Overview of Promotion:
A. Eligibility and Registration Overview:
HNB First Bank is offering an opportunity for one individual to win a $100 gift certificate to Southern Outdoor Sports as we celebrate the 2023 Turkey Season. The HNB First Bank Turkey Hunting Photo Contest is an opportunity for individuals 18 years of age and older (at the time of registration) and a U.S. resident of the 50 United States including DC). HNB First Bank employees and immediate family members (spouse and children) may participate in the promotion but are not eligible to win the prize. To enter, turkey hunting photo from 2023 should be emailed to [email protected]. No purchase is necessary to win and one entry per person is allowed for registration purposes. No HNB First banking relationship is required to enter. Once the promotion ends, all entries will be exported and verified that there are no duplicates. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to all contest rules and regulations. Upon entry, participants release Facebook of any liability for this promotion.
B. Alternate Form of Registration:
An alternate form of registration is available at all HNB First Bank, Inc. branch locations. The alternate form of registration consists of a form located in our branch to correspond with your printed photo. Once the individual has completed the registration form, they can give it to a HNB First employee, in which they will turn it into the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion.
III. Promotion Entry Period:
The promotion period begins on Thursday, April 27, at 10:00 AM (Central Time) and ends on Friday, May 5, 2023. No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period.
During the time period between Monday, May 8 and Friday, May 12, the photo with the most number of reactions (likes/loves) will be considered the winner. After the winner has been posted/notified, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact HNB First Bank to arrange prize pick-up and photo opportunity at one of our locations.
IV. Prize Details:
The HNB First Bank Turkey Hunting Photo Prize consists of one $100 Gift Certificate to Southern Outdoor Sports. The winner has through the month of May (during regular business hours) to retrieve their gift. To claim the prize, the winner be contacted by the HNB First Bank Marketing Department to arrange picking up their prize.
V. Chances of Winning:
Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period.
